YEERAN SCIENCE 2026 Gannan TeamBuilding | Journey through mountains and rivers, united by companionship

This summer, colleagues from YEERAN set off for Gannan. From the endless prayer corridors of Labrang Monastery, to the surging Bailong River at Langmu Temple; from the towering jagged peaks of Lianbao Yeze, to the mistshrouded valleys of Zhagana. As elevation rose from 1,500 meters to over 4,500 meters, we witnessed the grandeur of nature and the power of walking sidebyside with one another.

On the highaltitude plateau, every step felt heavy. Shortness of breath and altitude sickness made the journey tough, yet no one fell behind.The plateau taught us that progress is not all about speed. What matters more is the mutual support and the commitment to reach the destination together. Breathtaking as the landscapes are, what sticks with us most is the strength we draw from looking out for each other amid hardship.

Mountains and rivers fade in the rearview mirror, yet the spirit of teamwork endures. Gannan served as a realworld test for our team. It reinforced our belief: great teamwork is built on mutual trust and reliability.

Having crossed mountains and valleys, we carry this spirit of collaboration forward for the road ahead.
