Amid the refreshing autumn breeze, the ancient city of Xi'an once again gathered outstanding talents. Recently, the "Yiren Hengye · VINNO Small Animal Ultrasound Training Workshop Phase II (Xi'an Station)," hosted by Beijing Yiren Hengye Technology Co., Ltd., successfully concluded. Staying true to the high-quality concept of its first edition, the workshop focused on "addressing needs and emphasizing hands-on practice," offering participants from various regions an academic feast that seamlessly integrated theory and practice.

Precise Positioning Demand-Oriented

Prior to the training, through in-depth surveys, we learned that the participants' research primarily focused on areas such as the heart (left heart, right heart, and heart-brain axis) and ovaries. Accordingly, the course content was meticulously designed and optimized based on classical small animal ultrasound scanning (covering the heart, blood vessels, liver, lungs, kidneys, etc.) to ensure close alignment with the participants' actual research needs.
Systematic Theory Solid Foundation

The first morning of the training was dedicated to core theoretical instruction. The lecturer systematically covered anatomy, imaging characteristics, standard scanning planes, and measurement protocols related to cardiac and ovarian ultrasound, aligning closely with participants' focus areas. This solid theoretical foundation laid the groundwork for the subsequent hands-on sessions, helping attendees build a clear and structured knowledge framework.
High-Intensity Hands-on Training Personalized Guidance

The standout feature of this training remained its "small-class, deep-practice" teaching model. We strictly maintained an ultra-small class size with a 1:2 or 1:3 instructor-to-participant ratio, ensuring each attendee received ample hands-on scanning time and personalized one-on-one guidance from instructors.

Afternoon, Day 1: Following a unified demonstration by the instructor, participants immediately proceeded to hands-on sessions in small groups. The instructor provided personalized coaching tailored to each participant's skill level, offering hands-on guidance to correct scanning techniques and refine key operational details.

The second day was entirely dedicated to intensive practice and skill consolidation. The morning session featured group measurement demonstrations and practice, while the afternoon shifted into more concentrated independent practice followed by a final hands-on assessment. Throughout the day, participants engaged in repeated practice to refine their scanning techniques, fostering an on-site learning environment that was both highly focused and dynamic.
Successful Completion Collaborative Advancement

After two days of intensive and rewarding study, all participants successfully passed the assessment, bringing the training workshop to a successful conclusion. This program not only significantly enhanced attendees' practical skills in small animal ultrasound but also provided a valuable platform for peer experts to exchange knowledge, learn from one another, and advance together.
We sincerely extend our gratitude to all instructors and participants for their active engagement and valuable trust. Your recognition is our greatest motivation to keep moving forward. Remaining true to our founding commitment of giving back to the user community, Yiren Hengye will continuously optimize our training content and services. We look forward to meeting you again in future events and working hand in hand to promote the continuous advancement of small animal ultrasound research!
